About Timberland Park
Located just off the Natchez Trace Parkway near milepost 437.2, Timberland Park spans 72 acres of scenic beauty. The park features a 2,000 sq. ft. interpretive center, offering a gateway to trails perfect for hiking, bird watching, and wildlife observation, where visitors may spot deer, fox, wild turkeys, and more. An ADA-accessible trail winds through the forest, with benches, a picnic area, and a pavilion overlook. Additional trails offer varied terrain for all hiking levels. Pets are welcome on a leash, with dog waste receptacles provided. Enjoy a peaceful day immersed in nature at Timberland Park.
